Can I use a number as my sender name?
We strongly suggest you use your brand or company name as the sender name. This helps fight smishing (phishing via SMS) and builds trust with your customers. Here are some tips for choosing an effective sender name:

Short name between 3-11 characters for quick recognition by customers.

How many characters can fit in a message?
A single message can be up to 160 characters. If your message is longer, you'll be charged extra. You'll see a character count while typing so you know how many messages you’ll be charged for.
