Pricing

We offer a volume-based pricing structure for SMS messaging in the UK. You get lower per-message rates when you send more than 5,000 messages in a month.  
 

For example, if you send 110k messages in a month: 

• the initial 4,999 messages will be billed at a rate of 3.9p per message 

• the next 20k messages will be billed at a rate of 3.5p per message 

• the subsequent 75k messages will be billed at a rate of 3p per message 

• the last 10k messages will be billed at a rate of 2.5p per message 

resulting in an approx. overall rate of 3.1p per message. 
 

Webex Interact uses a wallet system. You add funds to your wallet, and any charges you incur will be automatically deducted from your wallet balance. 

Webex Interact offers two options for topping up your wallet: 

• Auto top-up: This lets you automatically add more funds to your balance when it falls below a specific amount you set. 

• Recurring top-up: This lets you schedule automatic top-ups at set dates each month. 

Webex Interact operates on a pay-as-you-go model. This means that you only pay for the SMS and WhatsApp messages you send. Before sending your campaign, you will have the opportunity to review the cost, and once you click send, that cost will be deducted from your existing wallet balance. 

We recommend using our cost calculator to estimate your monthly message volume and costs. 

Virtual long numbers are billed per unit monthly. Please remember that all incoming messages to your virtual long numbers and keywords are free.

Absolutely! Once you add in details about your business, we’ll add £4.90 to your wallet which enables you to send approx. 100 messages. You can use this to try the platform before committing to a purchase.

The Webex Interact platform is free to use and does not have any subscription or platform fees. You only pay for the messages you send, or the virtual long numbers you purchase.
